Spot the Flaw
CrossFit is something I stumbled across while walking on a treadmill, lost in my fitness and not knowing what to do. After my 2nd child, my body didn’t bounce back like I thought and I was the heaviest I have ever been. I saw a girl attempting her first strict pull up in the area across from me and I was like, heck yes!
I love the challenge CrossFit give me and others and enjoy watching our members grow. I love making sure people hit a Personal Record, but also making sure they are doing it safely.
The community is the biggest thing I enjoy about this sport. Being surrounded by people who let their stress out for an hour followed by sweaty fist bumps is the best!
Favorite Workout: partner workouts or odd object workouts using dballs and sleds.
Favorite Lift: Squat Cleans
Favorite Food: Italian Food, Pasta & Pizza
Hobbies: Going to the beach, Listening to music in my car, Spoiling my one eyed dog Meela
